For 4th Ward Alderman

I’m John Bell, and I’m running for 4th Ward Alderman.  For nearly a decade, I’ve lived and worked in the 4th Ward, and I’m proud to call Aurora home.  I hear a growing frustration in our ward from people who feel unheard and that their voices are not valued by the City.  I believe a good Alderman is one who keeps the residents of their ward informed about the City Council’s work and actively seeks their input on important decisions.  I believe an effective Alderman is one who engages small businesses and supports up-and-coming entrepreneurs, artists, and community groups to ensure that everyone’s voice is represented. I’m convinced that when we put community first, we will build a better, stronger Aurora for everyone.  As your Alderman, I’ll focus on community engagement and making sure that every 4th Ward resident’s voice is valued and represented.
